Givenchy

This classic French design house was founded in Paris in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy. His fashion muse for many years was Audrey Hepburn, he also designed for Jackie Kennedy and Lauren Bacall .His costume jewellery attracted a huge following, and his iconic style and bold designs were a firm favourite of Diana Princess of Wales.

Schoffel

Austrian company who made supreme quality jewellery starting in the1930 s. The jewellery was precisely set with crystals , and often signed “Austria “ or “ Made in Austria “with a crown symbol. It was made until the 1960 s and is now rare and highly collectible.

Founded in Canada by Gustave Sherman in 1947 they produced fine quality pieces in extravagant designs using Swarovski crystals. The company slogan was “Made to last a lifetime".

Christian Dior

Born in Normandy in 1905 was one of the most influential designers in the world of couture, he was credited with restoring the fashion industry of Paris following WWII.  Much like the clothing, Christian Dior jewellery is classic and utterly feminine , his original costume jewellery is timeless and highly collectible. "I always like to see women wearing earrings. They add a pretty finishing touch," said Christian Dior in The Little Dictionary of Fashion.

Ciro Pearls as it was then known, was founded in London in 1917, in 2017 it celebrated its 100 th Anniversary and has a shop to this day in the Burlington Arcade.
